Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Canada only — but we’re working on expanding! International shipping is something we hope to offer soon, so stay tuned.
How long is the fulfilment/processing time for an order?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak periods (holidays, major launches, and promotions), processing times may extend to 4-7 business days.
Which carriers do you ship with?
We ship orders using Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, and service availability.
What is your return or refund policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Note that there is a $9.99 return fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We’re proudly based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada!
We’re 100% Canadian-owned and operated, and we take pride in supporting other local businesses and suppliers whenever possible.
Though we are currently an online-only business, we will occasionally pop up at local markets or events. Follow us on social media to stay in the loop!
What are your business hours?
Our online store is open 24/7! As we are a new small business, our hours are a little scattered.
Rest assured, we do our best to reply to all messages within 1 business day.
Do you offer custom orders or personalization?
Not yet — but it’s something we’re actively working on! We’re excited to eventually offer custom options so you can get something truly unique.
