Order Processing (Fulfillment Time)

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak periods (holidays, major launches, and promotions), processing times may extend to 4–7 business days.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, and service availability.

Shipping Times

Shipping transit times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Please note that shipping time is in addition to order processing time.

Holidays & Delays

Carrier delays can happen, especially during peak seasons or severe weather. While we do our best to get your order out quickly, we’re not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your package is in transit.

If tracking is available for your shipping method, you’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
